If there are limiting changes in the neck rotation area, age, traumas, movement limitations vascular problems etc. ,this method may suit better to the posterior vestibular canal treatment.
The person sits on the brink of bed.
He lowers to the side of treatment with head rotated 45 degrees upwards for 45 sec.
The person sits up and lowers to the opposite side the angle of head unchanged for 45 sec.
The person sits up in a chair with armrest well supported 2-3 min.
